1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted

Mix and pat down into a 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

LAYER 2:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread on crust. Chill.

LAYER 3:
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

(Or 2 boxes of any flavor you'd like.)

Mix until thickened and spread over layer 2.

LAYER 4:

Cover with the remainder of large size Cool Whip. Top with chopped nuts or coconut. Keep refrigerated until served.
