BULGOGI 
1 1/2 lbs. beef (flank or roast) sliced thin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. La Choy soy sauce
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. carrot, sliced in thin strips
1/2 tsp. of Accent
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds

Mix beef slices, black pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and Accent. Marinate 1 to 2 hours at room temperature. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, onions, carrots and sesame seeds.

Marinate an additional 15 to 20 minutes. (Stir fry at high heat with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.) Serves 3 to 4.
