PANCAKE PUFF 
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of nutmeg
1/4 c. butter

Melt butter in 9 inch pie pan. In bowl mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg, leaving batter a bit lumpy. Pour batter into pie pan with melted butter in. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with syrup, sprinkle powdered sugar over top. May serve with fresh fruit or warmed fruit pie filling like cherry or raspberry.
