1/2 lg. head cabbage 2 boxes Pillsbury hot roll mix 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 onion 2 tsp. salt Grate cabbage and onion; cook in water. Prepare roll mix by package directions. Brown hamburger, drain and season. Drain cabbage and onion, add to hamburger. Cook over low heat 20 minutes. Use 1/4 of dough at a time and roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut in fourths. Put burger mix in center of each and seal. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Butter top of each Runza while warm. Makes approximately 16 Runzas. |
