SAUSAGE ROLL-UPS 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
15 brown-and-serve sausage links

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough into rectangle 15 x 9 inches. Brush with butter. Mix cheese and Italian seasoning; sprinkle over dough.

Cut dough into 15, 3 inch squares. Place a sausage on each square. Roll up; pinch edge to seal dough. Cut each. Roll into 3 pieces. Place pieces, seam side down, on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes at 400 degrees. 45 appetizers.
