1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. all-purpose flour 4 eggs Vanilla cream pudding or whipped cream Confectioners sugar or chocolate frosting Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat, about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat, beat in eggs all at one time. Continue beating until smooth. Drop dough shaping in rectangles (about 1 1/2 x 2 1/2) onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until puffed and golden. Cool away from draft. Fill with vanilla pudding or whipped cream. |
