1/2 head cabbage, grated 1/2 c. oil 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. almonds, sliced 1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles 1/2 onion or green onion, finely chopped Combine oil, sugar and vinegar with flavor pack from Ramen noodles. Break noodles and brown in pan with a touch of oil. Combine cabbage, onion, almonds and noodles. Toss dressing over them when ready to serve. |
