CINNAMON LOAVES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

SUGAR MIXTURE:

1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream 1 cup sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Blend in sour cream and milk. Stir flour, baking powder, salt and soda together. Add to the above. Mix well. Spread 1/4 of the batter into each of 2 greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 inch pans. Sprinkle all but 1 tablespoon of sugar mixture over batter. Top each with remaining batter. Marble gently with knife. Top with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (mini pans), 45-50 minutes (big loaf pans).

Note: 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt may be substituted for sour cream and milk

Or, 6 ounce cream cheese may be substituted for sour cream. If so, increase milk somewhat until you get desired consistency.
