POPCORN CAKE 
1/2 c. popcorn, popped to make one gallon
1/2 lb. M&M'S®
1/2 lb. unsalted peanuts
1 bag marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. canola or vegetable oil

Remove unpopped kernels. In large bowl add M&M'S® and peanuts to popcorn. Over low heat, melt together the butter, oil and marshmallows. Whip until blended. Pour mixture over popcorn and mix thoroughly. Press into bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Cool, unmold and slice to serve.
