MA'S COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 sm. red cabbage
3 lg. carrots
3 stalks celery
1 lg. green pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Vegetable oil
Dash of white pepper
Dash of sugar
Dash of oregano
Dash of Italian seasoning

Shred cabbages. Cut up celery and green pepper. Grate carrots. Mix oil with pepper, sugar, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Mix the cabbage and celery with the mayonnaise and oil mixture. Add carrots and green pepper. Mix well. Chill and serve.
