MARSHMALLOW MINT SALAD | |
24 lg. marshmallows 4 tbsp. fruit juice (I use grapefruit) 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract Few drops green coloring 2 c. fruit cocktail, well drained 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Heat marshmallows and fruit juice over low heat. Stir until marshmallows have melted. Remove from heat. Add flavoring and coloring. Fold in well drained fruit and Cool Whip. Chill in mold until firm. Unmold and garnish with mint and green cherries. |
