HUNGARIAN STEW 
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. green peppers, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. turnip, diced
2 c. potatoes, diced
1 sm. can tomatoes
1 sm. can water
3 oz. tomato paste
3 oz. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger in non stick fry pan, then drain. Put in large stock pot and add all vegetables, adding tomatoes and paste and water on top of all vegetables. Bring to boil. When stew is boiling reduce heat to simmer. Stir occasionally, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or when turnip is cooked.
