PRETZEL SALAD 
BOTTOM:

2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. sugar

MIDDLE:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

TOP:

1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
3 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries

Bottom: Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and butter together. Press in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Middle: Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together and spread over crust.

Top: Combine Jello and boiling water and thicken slightly, add frozen strawberries. Pour over middle layer.

Note: You can serve with whipped cream for a dessert.
