EIGHT MINUTE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours.
