PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
4 pork chops, salted and peppered
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 can celery soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
Shredded cheese

Brown pork chops on both sides, arrange in baking dish. Layer potatoes on top of chops. Mix soup, milk and onions. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
