BREAD PUDDING 
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 c. milk
10 Pillsbury flaky biscuits, cooked & cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
Raisins (opt.)

Beat eggs, add sugar, milk and vanilla. Add crumbled biscuits and butter; mix well. Add raisins. Pour into 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown. You can sit your dish in a pan of water to bake, this makes it more like custard.
