CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 1/2 c. unpopped corn, popped
1/2 c. white syrup
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt

Boil together 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over popped corn, stir well. Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring often.
