MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cream style corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
12/ c. chopped onion, sm. pieces
1/2 c. chopped green pepper, sm. pieces
1/4 c. bacon drippings
1 c. self rising cornmeal
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Mix all of above. Bake in square baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
