NO CRUST CHEESECAKE | |
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 2/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. almond extract 3 eggs 1 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract Beat cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract until fluffy. On low speed, beat in 1 egg at a time. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow center to "fall" in a well. Combine sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Pour this mixture on the cake while it's still hot. Let cool. Garnish with chocolate curls or shavings; if desired. Refrigerate. |
