YUM YUM DESSERT | |
80 Ritz crackers, crumbled 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted Pour butter over cracker crumbs and mix. Press in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 2 small or 1 large box of instant pudding (any flavor) with 2 cups cold milk. Add 1 quart vanilla ice cream and beat until smooth. Pour over cracker crumbs. Chill. Top with 1 large Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more. |
