POTATO CHIP SALMON | |
1 8-10 oz. pkg. potato chips 7 oz. can salmon 1 can mushroom soup 1 cup milk 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced Break up potato chips; flake salmon. Alternate layers in a well greased baking dish, starting and ending with potato chips. Combine soup and milk and pour over layers. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until top is browned. Garnish with slices of hard boiled eggs and green onion curls (optional). To make green onion curls, cut green onion tops lengthwise using a scissors or sharp knife with several inch cuts. Plunge into a bowl of water and ice until onions curl. |
