1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1/2 (10 oz.) box frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

Mix cake mix, gelatin, flour, eggs and water. Beat 2 minutes. Add strawberries (including syrup) and beat 1 minute. Add oil and beat 1 minute.

Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

STRAWBERRY FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1/2 box strawberries
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat butter until smooth. Add sugar alternating with the berries (including syrup) and continue beating until smooth. add vanilla and continue to beat. If too thick for spreading consistency, thin with milk.
