BROWN SUGAR TOFFEE BARS | |
1 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter (at room temperature) 2 large eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3 Heath or Skor bars, chopped course Heat oven to 350°F. Line an 8 inch square pan with foil, and lightly grease. In large bowl beat together for 3 minutes with an electric mixer the sugar, flour, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Spread in pan and sprinkle with toffee. Bake 25 minutes. Lift foil by ends to cutting board after cool, and cut into bars. |
