WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
6 c. whole wheat flour
2 3/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. or 3 tbsp. honey
2/3 cake yeast (1/4 oz.)
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil or melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 3 cups of flour with water and honey and yeast. Set aside for 10 minutes. Add rest of the flour, salt and oil and knead all together until dough is well blended. Cover and let rest until double in size.

Punch down and form into loaves or braids on baking sheet. Bake 35 or 40 minutes. Add sunflower seeds for special texture and taste, if desired.
