MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni (plain or tri-colored), cook, salt & drain
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can chopped mushrooms plus liquid
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. jar pimiento, chopped
12 oz. mild cheddar cheese, grated (save sm. amount for topping)
1/4 c. chopped onion
Season with garlic powder & pepper

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Sprinkle with some of grated cheese after cooking.
