SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
1/4 c. melted butter

In 9 x 13 inch greased dish, pour thawed hash browns. Mix together butter 1/4, onion, salt and pepper, sour cream, soup, milk and cheese. Pour over hash browns and mix. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top and drizzle 1/2 cup butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
