ORIENTAL SALAD 
2 bunches of spinach
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 can of bean sprouts, drained
1 med. red onion (chopped or sliced)
1/2 lb. bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wash and dry spinach and break into smaller pieces. Mix the salad ingredients all together. Mix the salad ingredients all together. Mix the dressing ingredients together and chill. I have used fresh bean sprouts.
