HOT PEPPER RELISH OR CHRISTMAS
RELISH
 
1 c. red or green peppers, finely chopped
1/4 c. red or green hot pepper, finely chopped
6 c. sugar, can use less
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 pkg. Certo

Bring peppers, sugar, and vinegar to boil and boil for 30 seconds. Add Certo (both packages) and follow directions on box. Stir until thickened. Pour into sterile jars and top with paraffin. Makes 3 pints.
