GROUND BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. rice
1 to 1 1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
2 c. mushroom soup
3/4 c. cream of celery soup
1/2 c. cheddar cheese soup
1/8 lb. grated cheese

Cook first 4 ingredients in stainless steel pan for approximately 35 minutes in steamer. Precook or scramble meat in 2 pans approximately 45 minutes in steamer. Stir once or twice during cooking period. Strain off fat. Mix the soups together. Mix scrabbled meat and rice soup. Pour in baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Omit celery for soft.
