BREAD CRAB SALAD | |
18 slices bread 2 tbsp. onion, chopped or grated 3 eggs, hard boiled 1 can crab 1 can shrimp 1 c. celery, chopped 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing Remove crusts from bread and cube bread. Mix bread cubes, onions and cubed eggs. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator 3 hours before serving, add crab, shrimp, celery and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6 to 8. |
