NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. pared, thinly sliced tart apples (4-5)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each cloves and cinnamon
1/2 lb. sliced Canadian bacon
Snipped parsley

Combine noodles with butter; add cheese, apples, lemon juice, salt, and spices. Turn half the noodle mixture into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with half the slices Canadian bacon. Repeat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 6-8.
