CREAMED CHIPPED BEEF 
1 jar dried beef
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
milk (add to desired thickness)
pepper (to taste)

Chopped dried beef and brown in butter over medium heat. Add flour, mix and stir with beef until bubbly. Lower heat and add milk a little at a time while stirring until desired thickness. Pepper to taste and serve hot over biscuits or toast.
