STRAWBERRY FLUFF 
1 c. oats, uncooked
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. whipping cream (whipped)
1 1/2 c. fresh sliced strawberries
2 c. small marshmallows

Toast oats in pan over low heat stirring frequently add butter melt remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Pat on to bottom of 8 x 8 pan reserving 1/4 cup full and chill. Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until partially set. Beat until frothy. Fold in whipped cream with strawberries and marshmallow. Pour over crumb base, sprinkle with reserved crumbs (chill). Makes 9 servings.
