BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 1/4 c. uncooked regular rice
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
12 slices cooked, crumbled and divided bacon
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
12 eggs
12 thinly sliced green pepper rings

Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt. Combine rice, 1 1/4 cups cheese, 1/2 cup crumbled bacon, tomato sauce, and chili sauce. Spoon into a lightly greased 9x13x2 inch baking dish; pat firmly. Make 12 (2 inch) wells in rice mixture using back of a spoon. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven; break an egg in each well; press a green pepper ring around each egg. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Top eggs with remaining cheese and bacon; cover and let stand 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 12 servings.
