CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. pineapple or orange Jello
1 (#2) can whole cranberries
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 (7 oz.) bottle ginger ale (or ginger beer)

Combine Jello and cranberries in saucepan. Heat and stir until almost boiling and Jello is dissolved. Chill this mixture slightly. Carefully stir in ginger ale. When fizz stops, put entire mixture into a mold and chill until set.
