HAZEL'S HOLY SMOKE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. finely chopped nuts (save a few for topping)
1 c. plain flour

Mix together. Spread and pat firmly into 13"x9" lightly buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool.

1ST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip
1 c. confectionery sugar

Mix and spread over cool crust.

2ND LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mixed with 2 3/4 c. milk
