OVERNIGHT CABBAGE SLAW 
1/2 med. head cabbage
1 sm. sweet or red onion
1/2 med. green pepper
2 carrots, peeled
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Slice cabbage, onion and green pepper in food processor. Shred carrots and add to cabbage mixture. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. At serving time, stir thoroughly and then drain. Serves 6.
