CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
6 - 1/2 boneless chicken breasts 6 slices boiled ham 6 slices cheese 1 egg and 2 tbsp. water mixed Mix: 1/3 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 c. butter (melted) 1/2 c. chicken broth Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 11x7x2 dish. Pound chicken breasts between wax paper. Lay shiny side down, add ham and cheese. Roll from narrow end, secure with a toothpick. Dip in egg and water mix. Roll in crumb mix. Place in dish seam side down. Pour melted butter over all bundles. Bake 15 minutes. Pour broth over and bake 15 minutes more or until done. |
