CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 boned chicken breasts
6 thin slices ham
6 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper

Flatten chicken breasts. Place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on the chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Melt butter in pie pan. Roll chicken in butter, then in bread crumbs. Place in a buttered baking dish and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Bake, uncovered for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 6.
