QUICK PIZZA
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger, browned
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2/3 c. warm water (105-115 degrees)
2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese or 2 (6 oz.) pkgs. sliced Mozzarella, cut in thin strips
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3-4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix onion, garlic, tomato sauce, hamburger, salt and pepper; set aside. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in Bisquick; stir vigorously. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with flour. Knead until smooth, about 20 times. Allow dough to rest a few minutes. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece very thin into a circle, about 10" in diameter. Place on ungreased baking sheets or in shallow pie pans. Spread hamburger mixture over circles. Sprinkle with shredded cheese over top. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake 15 minutes or until crust is brown and filling hot and bubbly. Cut into wedges. Serve immediately. Makes 4 (10") pizzas. You can vary toppings to suit taste.
