COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix

FILLING:

2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
3 c. coconut
3 c. Cool Whip

Bake cake as directed on box in 2 (8") round pans. Cut each layer in 1/2 to make 4 layers. Put filling between layers and top and sides. Mix sour cream, sugar, coconut. Fold in Cool Whip. Better to make 1 or 2 days ahead.
