SUNSHINE PICKLES 
Use gallon glass jar
8 heads of dill in bottom of jar
Prick pickles with a fork, pack in jar
8 cloves of garlic
8 tbsp. dark vinegar (1/2 c.)
8 tbsp. of pickling salt (1/2 c.)

Fill jar with water and let sit 1/2 hour. Shake jar and then seal and put in sun for 5 days. Must refrigerate when done. 5 sunshine days.
