STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
1 onion, grated
1/4 c. catsup
Salt
Pepper
1 grated peeled potato
1 med. cabbage

Prepare meat. Mix chopped meat, onion, catsup, salt, pepper, potato. Separate leaves of cabbage. Boil 5 to 10 minutes until soft. Drain on dish towel. Wrap around meat balls. Put meat, cabbage balls in large pot with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 diced onion
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 diced carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt

Simmer sauce 1 hour. Add meat and cabbage. Cook 1 hour more. Uncover for last 1/2 hour.
