POTATOES ELEGANTE 
6 med. potatoes, peeled & grated
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. butter
Corn flakes

Heat soup and butter until melted. Add cheese, peppers and sour cream. Fold in grated potatoes. Place potato mixture in greased casserole. Melt 2 tablespoons and mix with corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8 people.
