FOREVER FRESH COOKIES 
3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix flour, salt, soda, cornflakes, oats, and nuts. Set aside. In separate bowl, cream sugars, butter, and oil. Add egg, vanilla and milk, mixing well. Add the dry ingredients. Roll in balls the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
