SHRIMP WIGGLE | |
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 c. cooked peas Patty shells, toast cups or toast Cut large shrimp in half. Melt butter; blend in flour and salt. Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in peas and shrimp; heat. Serve in patty shells, toast cups or on toast. Serves 6. |
