PEAR CRISP 
2 (16 oz.) cans pears, water packed, thinly sliced
4 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. unsweetened, undiluted apple juice concentrate
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 1/2 tsp. melted corn oil butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss pears with 2 teaspoons flour in 8"x8"x2" baking dish. Add apple juice concentrate. Toss to coat pears well. Combine the remaining flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and graham cracker crumbs in a medium size bowl. Gradually stir in the melted butter. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the pears in the baking dish. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the topping is lightly browned.
