ORIENTAL MEAT TURNOVERS 
1 env. beef mushroom soup or onion beef
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp. chopped onion (omit if using onion beef soup)
1 c. drained bean sprouts
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 pkgs. (8) crescent rolls (refrigerator type)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In skillet, partially brown ground beef. Combine all other ingredients and add to meat. Continue to combine all other ingredients and add to meat. Continue to brown until all are lightly browned. Cut each crescent triangle roll in half, stretch dough lightly. Add 1 teaspoon o f meat mixture in center of each triangle. Fold over and seal edges. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 32 turnovers.
