5 tbsp. salad oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. flank steak, cut into 1/8 inch slices
1/4 lb. med. raw shrimp
2 green onions, chopped into 1/2 inch slices
2 c. coarsely shredded green cabbage
1 c. each sliced leeks and celery
1/4 c. soy sauce
