1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut

Place all ingredients except coconut in blender and blend for 5 minutes. Stir in coconut. Pour into 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
